Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice Medicare recertification survey completed between January 22, 2024 through January 25, 2024, Franklin Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.

Initial Comments: Based on the findings of an unannounced Medicare recertification and state re-licensure survey completed onsite between January 22, 2024 through January 25, 2024, Franklin Hospice was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
